Payment Options To Fit Every Budget and Preference!
Dr. David J. Lewis and Baywood Chiropractic truly believe you can’t put a price on your regaining and maintaining your good health. In an effort to support this belief, we offer several different payment options that fit almost every budget and personal preference. We are more than willing to sit with you and figure out a payment option that will suit your individual needs and finances. Here are some of our payment options:
Insurance Billing:
Dr. David J. Lewis and Baywood Chiropractic currently accepts auto accident insurance medical payments, workman's compensation, personal injury liens, health savings accounts and many health insurance policies with out of network coverage.
We will explain how your particular insurance benefits work, and if you become a patient at Baywood Chiropractic, we will complete your insurance forms, and file them as a courtesy to you, at no charge!
No Insurance? We have options:
If you currently have no health insurance or if the insurance plan you have does not include chiropractic treatment, we offer the following flexible payment options:
Pre-payment discounts – if you have the resources to pay for your chiropractic sessions in advance, we will give you a discount
Payment Plans – patients can arrange to pay for chiropractic sessions over a period of time, rather than at the time of service or at the end of each month’s billing cycle.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Checks – Personal checks are great, once we’ve set up a direct debit agreement with your bank. Just bring in a voided check and we will do all the necessary paperwork as a courtesy and at no charge,
- Debit/Credit Cards – We accept all major debit and credit cards.
- Health Savings Account- Chiropractic treatment reimbursement is eligible with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA) or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA).
- Apple Pay – Just bring in your smartphone and we’ll help you set up a payment portal with Apple Pay that will make your chiropractic payments as simple as pressing a button!
